We can find mortgages for up to 75% Loan to Value if the property is right! If you want to convert the raw land loan into a construction draw mortgage at a later date, we can also arrange this with one lender to make the transition smooth.

Up to 80% of construction costs financed with interest only payments and monthly draws. Variations are available for condo conversions and other unique projects. • If you own your building and need money for an operating loan you may be eligible for up to 80% loan to value with limited documentation and income verification
