Project Marketing, Concept planning, or Sales Tests
Whether it is being involved at stage one in the planning of floor plans and units, doing concept testing, or sales tests our experience is able to help you out. We've helped many builders/developers sell their product, test their concept, and manage the sales process.

Some past involvement:

• Marin Harbor Townhomes (48 units)-Marda Loop, Calgary, Ab. Nathan and Sheldon Zacharias were involved in planning, executing and managing the sales and marketing of this new development in 2003 from start to finish.
  
• Stella-(163 units) Calgary, Ab.-Nathan was hired on contract by Maverick Real Estate Corp. as a sales associate in the launch of Qualex-Landmarks first Calgary development.
  
• Strand-(104 units) Vernon, B.C.-Nathan worked on contract as a sales associate for Resort Strategies Group. to sell one of Okanagan's newest waterfront developments 2005.
  
• Marina Ridge-(28 Units) Kaslo Bay, B.C.-Nathan managed a sales test during the summer months of 2005 to determine the feasibility of the project and it's continuation.
